Derald is great to work with and always goes smoothly. Spectacular view of the gulf and bay, the condo is top notch, very clean and looks exactly ... The condo is absolutely beautiful and the view from the liane is stunning!!! Everything you would need is supplied in the condo.
All certified RV types are permitted unless prevented by specific site constraints. Tents and conversion vans are only permitted on designated tent sites. Only one pup tent may act as a secondary unit on a site at the discretion of Sun Outdoors as site size allows, and must be taken down during the day. Dining canopy tents are permitted, but may not be up in conjunction with a pup tent. Sites must be cleaned up of garbage and debris prior to departure.

The people who work there are helpful and so nice, great pool too. Top floor unit with amazing views of the Gulf from the living room and the bay from the kitchen. This is the 8 time that we have stayed at EBTC and this condo was one of the best we have stayed in!. We loved that we were just a few steps from the beach. We absolutely loved our time and the memories made at Poinciana! The house was more than spacious enough for our 6 person family to stay for a week.
